Loved the location. St. Germaine is a very popular neighborhood being within walking distance of The Louvre, museu orange and about a mile from Notre dame and Eifel tower.

Like anything else in France, the rooms are small but they are kept clean. Their rooms are themed and that provides a unique experience!

Service was exceptional and they offer a breakfast buffet that is comparable to the cafes outside in the neighborhood, just not daily!

When in France, we will go back.

I would like to express my special thanks to the two ladies at the counter who generously assisted us three travelers from Taiwan. The service is very good, thanks to the help at the counter. The location is also perfect, just near the museum.

Die Lage ist einfach genial. Für mich mitten im schönsten Teil von Paris, 500m von YSL entfernt. Die Zimmer sind Paris-typisch eher klein, aber sehr nett eingerichtet. Wir haben als Familie mittlerweile über 50 Nächte in diesem Hotel verbracht. Wenn wir in Paris sind, dann übernachten wir hier. Volle Empfehlung.

L’équipe de réception est extrêmement gentille et attentionnée. C’est très agréable. L’emplacement est top pour visiter le musée d’Orsay, flâner sur le boulevard St Germain et atteindre facilement de nombreux sites. Ligne 12 et RER C très proches. Les chambres sont originales, il y a tout le confort, la literie très bonne et propreté irréprochable. Ma chambre manquait de clarté (3ème) mais d’autres ont de plus grandes ouvertures. Merci pour l’accueil !

Our stay in the hotel was amazing. Right from check in where we were greeted by Stepania who went out of her way to help us with directions, travel to attractions etc. The rooms were modern and arty, quaint, beds very comfy. The only reason for 4* was the bath which was in the middle of the room. Otherwise the location, cleanliness and everything else was perfect. Cozy cafes around with few souvenirs shops like La Boutique was really good. Checkout taxi booking again 5* all in all it was a splendid boutique hotel. Def recommended.

A French Faulty Towers - Room was dirty and dilapidated. Staff (only 2 of them to run a whole hotel and bar) had no idea what was going on. Tried to charge us 3 times for 3 different guests. Wrong bar orders, no stock. Mattress had a HUGE brown stain on it. Sink was stained brown, bath had hair in it, bed frame broken, hole in toilet door ... just a massive disappointment.

Amazing hotel! Really good location close to musée d'Orsay (3 min walk). Walk to Louvre takes about 15 minutes. I selected this hotel because of its design and didn't get disappointed. Bed was very comfortable, modern shower. Personnel did everything to make my stay perfect!

Not a 4 star hotel - no matter what the manager says below. Many of the reviews on here must be fake. Check in "from 14h00" means the room is ready from whenever the hotel decide after 14h00 - not for me to choose apparently. Other guests informed us they had suffered the same service while we wasted our time waiting. The sink didn't drain properly and the room was old and felt dirty. Would advise against this tired hotel.
