Schönes Hotel mitten in Paris. Zimmer klein aber absolut ausreichend. Das Zimmer war sauber, aber leider wurden jeden Tag die Handtücher gewechselt obwohl sie im Bad hingen und nicht auf dem Boden lagen. Das Frühstück war überschaubar aber lecker und ausreichend. Dank Zimmer zum Hof habe ich auch mit offenem Fenster sehr ruhig geschlafen. Absolute Empfehlung meinerseits.

Accueil très sympathique. Ma demande de chambre avec balcon a été respectée. Seuls bémols ; le linge de toilette est très usé et la bagagerie est payante, alors que nos sacs étaient juste posés dans le bureau

Cet hôtel est très bien situé pour un we à paris. La chambre est parfaite, calme et fonctionnelle . Le petit déjeuner est parfait.

The room and hotel were clean and okay. The room was small and expensive for what it was, however it was in a perfect location.

The man at reception does not know how to give basic directions, nor did he give much interest in helping us. How can someone that works in reception at a hotel in Paris not know how to give directions to the airport? We asked which was the fastest way to the airport, and he directed us toward the Louvre metro station, where you have to change 2 trains to get to the station that will take us directly to the airport, which was one stop away from Chatelet-les-halles train station (which is a 2 minute walk from the hotel), so we spent 45 minutes to get on the same line that is a short walk from the hotel. We had one hour to get to the airport, however this route took us 1 hour and 45 minutes. Fortunately we just made our flight (however my partners passport was stolen on the metro. This is not the fault of the hotel of-course, but if we had been given the correct directions form the beginning this would have been avoided).
The woman in the kitchen at breakfast was very nice and displayed excellent customer service, and always had a smile on her face. I think she is the best employee at the hotel.
The breakfast was good, however it would be good to see more fruit available.

Améliorer l'omelette qui n'est pas terrible, trop "farineuse". Chambre un peu trop petite, notamment la douche. Beaucoup trop de bruit avec les portes qui claquent toutes seules. On entend bcp le bruit. Dommage. Si non le personnel est top, très arrangeant. Merci à eux. Je reviendrai. Excellente localisation. On se sent en sécurité.
