It can't be such a rude hotel in such a location

The blonde receptionist did not allow us to take the 3rd suitcase to the room, he only allowed us to take out 2 suitcases, what kind of disgrace is this, the rooms were a small, very bad experience, I don't recommend it to anyone.

Excellent accueil, tant de jour comme de nuit. Chambre propre et agréable, hôtel en rénovation mais sans désagrément notoire. Petit déjeuner correct. Peut être une suggestion : plus de prise de courant au pied du lit.

5 stelle. Siamo stati la settimana di Natale e il costo è stato ottimo rispetto a ciò che offrivano altri hotel. Le camere non sono molto grandi ma sono pulite con letti molto comodi. Il personale è molto gentile e disponibile. La posizione è eccezionale: per i mezzi ci si può trovare in 5 min a piedi all’arco di trionfo oppure nella via adiacente all’hotel c’è una stazione metro della linea 2. È una zona molto tranquilla, con un piccolo mercato lungo la via e negozi di alimentari. Sicuramente torneremo

I had low expectations for this hotel, but was nevertheless disappointed. The lowest point was upon returning to my hotel room on the second night; upon entering at smelt as thought someone has been pumping cigarette smoke directly into the room - it was clearly coming via the ventilation system via another room. Despite smoking being clearly prohibited in the hotel rooms, the reception refused to do anything about the person a violating the room. I had to sleep with the room window open the entire night (even with single digit temperatures outside, as the stench was unbearable). Will never return.

Un hôtel qui ne vaut pas la peine, personnel du soir insolent . Aucun respect envers les clients, je voulais visiter un ami là bas. Le veilleur du soir était insolent envers moi il m'a demandé de payer 60 Euros. Il m'a menacé d'appeler la police... l'hygiène de l'hôtel zéro selon mon ami. Passer votre chemin

Hemos intentado reservar 2 noches en este hotel desde Bcn a través de booking. Ha sido imposible pues tienen un problema al aceptar tarjeta de crédito. Puestos en contacto con el hotel para intentar solucionar el problema, el hotel se excusa con un "je suis desolé". Siempre hemos hecho reserva con nuestra tarjeta de crédito y nunca tuvimos este problema. Poco interés por su parte por satisfacer a un posible cliente.

Pour le prix (89 euros) rien à dire: très bien située sur Paris, rue passante calme, chambre et salle de bain petites, mais largement suffisantes juste pour dormir. Bonne expérience!

Cadde oteli koonsepti hizmet sunuyor.
Hotel lobisinden başlayan güler yüz, kahvaltı salonu personeli ve otel personelinde hakimdi.
Odalar temiz, ferah.
Çarşaflar günlük değiştirildi.
Kahvaltı zengin ve yeterli idi.

Konum olarak Ternes metro durağına yakınlığı ile avantaj sağlıyor.

Un des pires hôtels où j'ai été. Chambre minuscule, hygiène douteuse, notamment dans la salle de bain amas non nettoyés sur le bouton chasse d'eau. Porte fenêtre ne fermant pas, abattant WC cassé, séchoir HS. Portes qui claquent en faisant trembler les murs. On entend les voisins comme s'ils étaient dans la chambre, pareil pour l'ascenseur. Le pire : une voisine de chambre qui a hurlé au téléphone jusqu'à 1h du matin passé, plusieurs personnes se sont plaints, le réceptionniste de nuit a essayé de la joindre. Ça a continué...
J'avais pris 2 nuits, le lendemain j'ai rendu les clés de la chambre a midi, épuisée, et suis partie ailleurs car l'hystérique était encore là le lendemain. L'hôtel qui disait pourtant être complet en cette période touristique n'a pas voulu me rembourser. J'ai PAYÉ UNE NUIT QUE JE N'AI PAS PASSÉ alors qu'ils auraient sans problème pu relouer la chambre. Ils ont prétendu à Airbnb, par qui j'avais loué, ne pas être au courant du problème la nuit passée. Comment cet hôtel peut-il avoir 3 étoiles ? Inconfort absolu, malhonnêteté totale.

bathroom is terrible small and the shower is elevated. very limited space in general, the staff could not be better. they all are great. Location is PERFECT.
