booked a garden view room via a third party website but was given a street view room. clarified with the reception and it was of no fault with the hotel as the third party didn’t request it. as the room is facing the main street, it is noisy and certain functions of the aircon controls are locked - you only get to heat up the room; they don’t allow you to turn on the aircon (we went in april). we can’t open the windows due to noisy street and no aircon can be switched on, what you get is a stuffy room with no ventilation. the room gets warm if you heat it up.

also, there is no daily housecleaning when we stayed for 2 nights. someone did come to our room as the fresh towels that we didn’t use were taken away, but they didn’t make the bed and replace refresh towels?

will only recommend the garden view room and location is good and safe, close to line 13 and 14.

La localisation, l’ambiance , la literie , l’amabilité de l’équipe , la propreté des lieux . La formule ptdj à 24 euros mériterait un plus grand soin ( choix et qualité des produits)

Hotel phone is not working on the first day. I should go to the front every single time I need to talk about the hotel more than 10 times. Towels, Coffee, Water, Food, Fitness, WiFi does not working several times. So I asked to fix it lots of times to more than 5 peoples whenever the staff changed. Finally they answered to me the enginneer will come tomorrow after several times request. As I had meetings whole day, I came back they told me it is fixed. But it was not. They did not even check it after fixing??. I had to go the front several times more.

One staff told me they will change the room. They say "upgrade". And whenever I am ready, they will change. But as I have lots of luggages, I did not want to change the room. But I should repack all my luggages over night. And asked to change it several times with coming down to the front more than 4 times with 4 different people. No body knows why I need to change the room. And they say you need to bring your luggages to lobby and wait until the room is ready. It was going on and on. I ruined my trip. I ruined my body balance. The room change was procceded after about 10 hours later. If I went to lobby for wait, I should wait 10 hours even I booked it 6 days.

They offer the exact same room. I refused. After few hours, they offer the same room with the other direction. I packed all my luggage after the phone is fixed. I had to change the room.

I had to waste my whole time and trip. The manager did not even think about what they did and reply it with no think about the inconvenience and difficulty that the customer went though. I did not want to discuss any more. It is too sick and tired of this treatment.

Even the changed room phone does not work and I should go to front desk again and again and again. The staff does not care on it and the attitude is too good. The elevator does not work. Wow it is too amazing experience!!!

Tout simplement sublime, de l'accueil à la chambre, en passant par le pti dej, nous avons passés un excellent moment.
Chambre design et confortable, un pti dej sous forme de buffet avec des jus de fruits pressés maison et une mention pour la brioche...une tuerie.
Emplacement facile à trouver non loin d'une station de métro.
Un hôtel fort agréable avec un petit jardin côté bar, une superbe déco, merci encore à vous pour ce bon moment.

Tweede keer hier geslapen. Fijn “aan te rijden” vanuit NL. Parkeergarage aanwezig onder hotel en goed te bereiken vanaf de ring. Echter best lastige ingang om in de garage te komen dus pas op met een SUV! Locatie is goed. Leuke wijk met volop cafés en restaurants. Leuke sfeer. Wij nemen de fietsen (naast hotel) en verkennen de stad. Helemaal top. Kamers zijn klein maar fijn. Leuke lieve mensen achter de receptie. Lekker casual. Niet ontbeten. Zag er wel goed uit allemaal. Ook leuk om drankje te doen als je daar zin in hebt.

J'ai était logé dans une chambre au RdC côté rue. Dés mon arrivée j'ai signalé que cela allez être invivable (je connais un peu les hotels a Paris....) la directrice me répond "non non ne vous inquietez pas, la c'est l'heure de pointe mais cela va se calmer...."
J'y ai cru, mais je n'aurais pas dû. Une nuit infernale de bruit de rue, couvrant même le son de la télévision, mon lit aurait été sur le trottoir c'etait la même chose !
Pas une excuse pas un geste commercial (210 €/nuit quand même)
Petit détail, cette chambre et une chambre PMR c'est sympa pour eux !
D'autre part, il précise avoir un parking, mais la dérniére fois que j'y suis allé pour me garer, le receptionniste me dit que ma voiture est trop grosse pour ce parking (un SKODA Octavia... c'est pas un tank de guerre non plus...) Résultat, "allez vous garer dans un parking plus loin Monsieur"... oui 40 € la nuit en plus !
C'était ma troisiéme fois dans cet hotel, MAIS LA DERNIERE ! malgré mes fréquents déplacements dans le sceteur.

J'ai aime cet hôtel en face du parc des batignolles, chambres sur rue néanmoins calmes et accueil jeune et dynamique

Superbe découverte.
Hôtel situé près d’un parc où l’on peut se promener.
Accueil chaleureux. Tout le personnel est souriant et disponible.
Chambre spacieuse, propre et très moderne.
Les produits de toilettes sont qualitatifs.
Petit déjeuner buffet classique mais très bon. L’hôtel est décoré avec goût

See rat in my 3th picture, zoom and youll see! The rooms were very dusty. There were dust and white fabric like particles floating on the air in the room, broke out sneezing a terrible dust allergy the first day.

The room was not wiped clean and there was so much dust on the window blinds and on all surfaces.

The breakfast options are very minimal. The pastry smells of egg. Coffee is average. Fruits cheese selection is 2-3. No soft bread, no eggs made to order, 2 days the chef was off and no eggs. And they charged me €20 for a poor breakfast. The flasks for hot water and coffee were never washed I guess, see the dust on it in my pictures!

Statyed 4 nights. Mon to Thursday, I requested a deep clean everyday and the dust levels in my room improved by Wednesday.

To top it all, On Thursday night, I was chatting with a colleague and saw atleast 15 small rats running all across the floor on the reception and DINING area, we kept our legs up. Couldn't video tape it, took a picture of a rat, but it blends with the floor sadly.

There were 2 staff at 12.00am laying tables and they knew the rats were running around!  NO chance they did not know it when we were amazed by rats in a hotel. They were all over the place, wonder if they went On the desks, laid out fur breakfast. Disgusting.

Never recommend this place. Total risk to health. Terrible place to stay. Mercure nearby is far better.

Nous avons passé un merveilleux moment dans cet hôtel, il est beau, décoré avec goût, le personnel est adorable, les chambres sont soignées et le lit est très confortable. Nous y avons également pris le petit déjeuner qui est très bon, il y’a beaucoup de choix, du sucré, du salé, chacun y trouve son bonheur…
Nous reviendrons avec plaisir à notre prochain séjour parisien. Merci à l’équipe du Tribe.

The vibe the whole hotel gave off was immaculate, you felt really welcomed by the staff as soon as you stepped in. The hotel rooms were really clean and had also a great atmosphere. The included breakfast was also a major plus point to our stay, the croissants were my personal favorites out of the buffet. All in all the experience was great and i can just say that I would recommend this hotel to anyone who is looking for a modern and clean hotel for a beautiful stay in Paris:)

Excellent rapport qualité prix, chambre super confortable, lumineuse et lit de très bonne qualité, tout ça à deux pas du parc Martin Luther King et des Batignolles: je recommande à 100%!

Le manque de compétence et de professionnalisme de la part du personnel (particulièrement la responsable) ont gâché mon séjour.
Je repars avec une très mauvaise expérience et une forte déception.
