Très proche de la gare. Intérieur très agréable. La chambre est bien agencée; literie agréable et coin douche sympa. Il manque juste la bouteille d'eau dans la chambre et ça aurait été parfait.

اتاق بسیار ساکت بود هیچ صدایی از خیابان ،راهرو یا اتاق‌ها نمی آمد، هرروز نظافت انجام می‌شد، کافه رستوران تمام ساعت‌ها چای قهوه و خوراکی رایگان داشت و محیط کافه بسیار عالی بود، صبحانه بسیار معمولی و تنوع چندانی نداشت،از پرسنل پذیرش خانم خلوت بسیار سپاسگزارم بسیار عالی و مشتری مدار ، جیم بسیار کوچک و وسیله خاصی نداشت، در کل هتل خوب و قابل قبولی بود ، ممنون

Hotel was conveniently located next to the Gare de l'Est, though the hotel itself was a bit hidden that my driver had a hard time finding me the end of my trip. A relatively new hotel, the rooms and facilities were modern and updated. Considering that European hotels have smaller rooms than American hotels do, the rooms were big. The staff were friendly, too.

J'ai récemment séjourné à l'Okko Hôtel situé à la Gare de l'Est et mon expérience a été tout simplement formidable. Dès mon arrivée, j'ai été chaleureusement accueilli par le personnel, qui s'est montré très professionnel et attentionné tout au long de mon séjour.
L'emplacement de l'hôtel est idéal, juste à côté de la gare, ce qui en fait un choix parfait pour les voyageurs en transit. De plus, la proximité avec les transports en commun facilite l'accès à toutes les attractions de la ville.
La chambre était impeccable, moderne et bien équipée, offrant un confort absolu après une journée bien remplie. J'ai particulièrement apprécié les petites attentions comme les boissons gratuites disponibles tout au long de la journée , qui étaient des ajouts très appréciés.
Le concept de club est également un atout majeur de cet hôtel. L'espace commun est convivial et propice aux rencontres avec d'autres voyageurs, tout en offrant une atmosphère détendue et accueillante.
Je recommande vivement cet hôtel à tous ceux qui recherchent un hébergement de qualité à Paris.

We traveled here as a family of three with a baby and stayed in the larger sized room. The baby cot provided was really a play pen and despite providing us with two mattresses layered, the bed was so low inside the walls that we could not lower or lift our baby in and out. The room was super crowded and there were few places to put things in the room.
The staff were really friendly and tried their best to help. The downstairs area provided 24/7 water and hot coffee/ drinks, and breakfast was pleasant and consistent in quality over 5 days of staying.
The location was not close to anything touristy but the hotel is right at the train station.
Our biggest challenge with the hotel was how hot the rooms were with no option to dial it down, and opening the window resulted in a lot of cigarette smoke coming in.
Room had very minimal amenities and we needed to go down to the lobby to get breastmilk frozen every time

Stayed here for 8 nights and absolutely loved it. Only complaint was that there was no air conditioning and, as you can't open the windows, the rooms are stuffy. Very comfortable, spacious room with toilet separate from shower and wash basin area. Free beverages, cold water, cake and fruit in the club area. Great location.

I haven't been to Paris im a long time. This trip gave me all I didn't even know I needed. The hotel was fantastic and I am more than pleased with the service. The staff were super helpful and made the trip worth it. I wasn’t too pleased on arrival with the location. It was a tad bit unusual to get to the entrance of the hotel. However, once I got to the hotel and began engaging with the staff, I was happy. The staff were helpful and provided a baby cot and baby bath on request.
The location can seem a tad bit unsafe with people loitering. We didn't have any incidents but can be a bit of a put-off. On the whole. I would be happy to stay there another time, or stay at another okko hotel.
I would recommend baby-changing facility in the general toilet.

Ultra bien placé pour aller partout dans Paris, les chambres ne sont pas si petites pour la capitale. Le lieu est beau et le personnel très sympa.
Et surtout, les prix sont corrects.
Je pense qu'on a enfin trouvé notre hotel pour nos weeks ends parisiens

Did an overnight stay at the hotel last night. Booked 2 rooms along with our train tickets on the Eurostar website.
Rooms were good, and well maintained. Breakfast was fresh and had a good selection. The smoked salmon and chicken was excellent and the eggs were the best I have ever had.
Only slight negative is that the aircon is still off for the winter period so the room and hotel in general was quite warm and stuffy.

Hôtel moderne et propre à 5 minutes de la Gare de l’Est et de la Gare du Nord. Chambre coté gare très bien isolée, aucun bruit.
Cependant, Ayant un train à 8h du matin, nous avons réservé une nuit avec petit-déjeuner dans cet hôtel. Cependant en arrivant, la réception nous explique que le petit-déjeuner n’est disponible qu’à partir de 8h le dimanche mais qu’on peut avoir un petit-déjeuner à emporter si nous le souhaitons. Nous sommes d’accord. À 7h15, nous récupérons donc notre petit déjeuner, 3 minis viennoiseries et deux madeleines sans gluten emballée individuellement. Mon mari prend également du yaourt avec des céréales dans un gobelet sans couvercle les adapté et un café. Nous demandons s’il n’est pas possible de déjeuner sur place avant de partir étant donné que le buffet est déjà prêt mais le personnel pas du tout coopératif, nous dit que ce n’est pas possible parce que le dimanche c’est 8h et que le personnel du petit déjeuner n’est pas encore arrivé. Très déçu par cette attitude pas du tout commerciale. Si nous avions su, nous n’aurions pas payé un supplément petit-déjeuner, nous aurions pris celui-ci à la gare. Sur le site de booking il n’est nulle part écrit les horaires du petit-déjeuner.

I’ve been to Okko twice and had a great time every time. The location is spot on for travel to/from Gare de l’Est or Gare du Nord. Rooms are clean and staff is lovely.

Like a youth hostel, staff insist that it’s “winter “ ( 14 March), and they don’t turn on air conditioning; not possible to open a window in our room either. Ending up feeling incredibly stuffy and warm without ventilation, although one member of the staff insists they have ventilation. Somehow we cannot feel it. It just feels no fresh air, the air stays stagnant in the room.
Call yourself a so called 4 star hotel, but this hotel is definitely letting itself down.

This is the best location ever if you’re travelling to our from Paris Gare De L’Est station! We had a super early train and the fact that the hotel is basically on the tracks (don’t worry you can’t hear any trains) is super convenient! It’s super stylish and conveniently setup for business with even a desk in my room where I could do work as well as business centre! Super convenient

Le prix peut paraître cher pour le quartier tant que vous n'êtes pas entré dans l'hôtel !
Snacks gratuits dans l'immense salle commune le soir, mini coffre plus haut que large contrairement à tous les anciens coffres d'hôtel débiles, glaces design, déco bois, etc.
Je pense que je vais bientôt tester les autres hôtels de la chaîne dans le reste de la ville. ????

Je suis allé dans cet hôtel pour une réunion de travail .
j'ai apprécié le conçoit du club dont le snacking, (biscuits, cake et mixe de graine, avec jus de fruit et les machines disponible pour le café )…
J'ai déjeune avec mes collègues au restaurant, nous avons apprécie la disponibilité et le service de "Nunzia".
Bonne restauration, nous avons apprécié le croque poil-âne.

The hotel main gate doesn’t open even after contacting the receptionist leaving you standing life-threatened in a dangerous street. After contacting the receptionist once again, you get diverted to walk up 50 stairs then walk around 500 meters to reach another closed gate where you contact the same receptionist that opens the door to you blindly without asking about your identity.

Nous avons dîner au restaurant de l’hôtel c’était délicieux. Animaux acceptés, super deco et très calme.
Salle de sport, sauna, petit déjeuner super complet en buffet. Boissons chaude en illimité a toutes heures de la journée.
Chambre propre mais un peu petite.
Pour un 3 étoiles je pense que des petites produits de toilettes serait nécessaire pour un côté « plus prestigieux »
Je reviendrai avec plaisir !
