Située au cœur de la Marina de Dubaï, cette résidence propose aux hommes d’affaires comme aux vacanciers 90 appartements, pouvant recevoir jusqu’à 6 personnes. À part les premiers studios (50 m²), ils disposent tous d’un balcon. La vue est panoramique : sur le port de plaisance de Dubaï, le complexe de Palm Jumeirah, ou la ville.

The room is the equivalent of a pretty nice studio apartment in the US. Plenty of space, washer/dryer, kitchenette, tv, desk, couch. It was great.
Breakfast was included in my rate and that was a nice little buffet. Of course sadly no Bacon cuz that’s Haram, but very nice staff and a decent selection of options.
The pool is pretty sick and overlooks the Marina area.
You can walk over to the beach in 10ish minutes.
This location was great because 10 min to beach and then 10 min other way to the metro station.
Only thing to consider is its about 20 minutes from downtown so its best if you’re wanting to visit somewhere south of town (abu dhabi?) or if you want to specifically hang in the Marina/Palm Jumeira area (which is very nice).
Loved my stay and felt it was very worth the $.
